Premier Portable Buildings are built with materials chosen for the climate, not the price tag. Every building ships with LP SmartSide engineered siding backed by a 50-year limited warranty, 30-year metal roofing, and pressure-treated 2×6 floor joists notched into pressure-treated 4×6 ground skids. Sheds include 5/8-inch tongue-and-groove flooring; garages use 3/4-inch.
Pick from 12 distinct styles — gabled, lofted, side-lofted, garages, cabins and more — in sizes up to 16×50. Standard 2×4 walls are double-studded every fourth stud, with a 2×6 stud upgrade available. Custom orders typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the season.

They called at the end of February, snd it was all ready built, but unfortunately Saskatchewan winter wasn't ready for it. They called me last Wednesday to say they were coming this way with another one, on Monday if that worked! So I had my hired guy to cut down a tree i needed gone before, and asked if he would be able to get a crushed rock pad ready for Monday delivery! And we did it!
