KGH Buildings offers rent to own on Premier Portable Buildings cabins, garages, and sheds, delivered fully assembled to your property.

How It Works

Fill out the application below with your information. It only takes a few minutes and there's no obligation.

Choose your building style, size, and we quote your monthly payment. We'll walk you through the options and show you exactly what your payment will be.

Sign and make your initial payment. This gets your order started and locks in your building.

We deliver and set it up, making monthly payments afterwards. Your building arrives fully assembled and levelled on your property.

It's yours. Once you complete all payments, you own the building.

Good to Know

Early purchase: After your first payment you can buy the building outright for 50% of the remaining balance.
Return anytime: You can end the agreement at the end of any monthly term by returning the building in good condition with 7 days written notice.
Late payments: There is a 5 day grace period, then a 10% late fee, and you can reinstate within 5 days of the renewal date.
Keep it in place: The building stays at your delivery address and can't be moved or altered without written consent.
Ownership: The lessor, Atwood Rentals of Canada Inc., owns the building until your final payment.

Rent to own costs more over time than paying cash. Full terms are provided in your rental purchase agreement before you sign.

Deposits & Monthly Payments

A minimum deposit is required, along with any delivery charges and shop options, when you place your order. You can buy out the contract at any time, but the complete contract must be paid out in full.
